Administrative Assistant - Reno (USA)

JOB OPENING:         Administrative Assistant

LOCATION:                Reno, Nevada (USA)

 

Job summary:

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible of all administrative tasks related to the functioning of our regional office.

 

More Specifically:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Setup and maintain customer accounts
  • Performs various sales administrative tasks (bills of lading, vehicles accessories inventory, data validation vs sales agreements etc.)
  • Budget reporting and support
  • Answering phone calls
  • Produce expense reports for staff
  • Maintain government compliance (city, state, country, fire, wastewater permits)
  • Support the team with travel reservations
  • Maintain customer directory and fleet of vehicles information
  • Maintain office and shop supplies
  • Support Regional Manager and Service coordinator for events organization
  • Maintain promotional items inventory

 

Qualifications & skills required:

  • Office Administration Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Internet
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Client oriented
  • Autonomous
  • Excellent team spirit
  • Proficiency in the use of Sapway system would be considered as a major asset
  • An excellent English grammar
