Marketing Manager - North America

The Alpine Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for coordinating and implementing the marketing activities for our snow groomers.  You are able to manage many projects and tasks at once? You learn quickly and can make your own decisions based on input from your leadership team? You have good writing skills that can be applied to different target audiences? You feel at home using a wide range of communication channels from social media to newsletters? Your passion for numbers can be put to good use through taking on full budget responsibility? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES which will allow you to contribute to the success of our organization :


  • Coordinates and implements marketing activities including newsletters, press releases, advertisements in trade magazines, online advertising, social media content development, management and development of merchandizing material, event organization, sponsoring organization, full budget responsibility;
  • Develops strategies and tactics to increase the effectiveness of campaigns helping to realize set KPIs;
  • Tracks the effectiveness of campaigns/projects based on agreed KPIs and makes final reports; Works closely with Head of Marketing and team members to develop strategy for North American market ;
  • Documents projects following project management principles including but not limited to: briefing documents, stakeholder analysis, task management;
  • Responsible for setting yearly budget together with the Head of Marketing and maintains resource allocation within budget limits;
  • Drive’s collaboration with the stakeholders and leverages the right internal processes;
  • Supervises a 4 month internship on a yearly basis.


YOUR SKILLS that will allow you to have fun while ensuring excellence:


  • University degree in marketing, business administration or relevant role;
  • At least 8 years in a marketing manager role, preferably in a comparable position whereby all marketing activities have been coordinated and implemented by one person;
  • We are looking for a person who is used to working operatively in all aspects of marketing activities;
  • Excellent project management skills;
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking;
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns;
  • Ready to travel to all regions of North America and, occasionally, to Europe;
  • Able to speak French would be preferable.
