SENIOR HELPDESK EXPERT

 

As part of our international HTI Helpdesk team, you will make a significant contribution in providing smooth and professional IT assistance to our users as first-level support, managing the client hardware inventory and the installed software packages, documenting and delivering them to our users. Thanks to your many years of experience, you will also help to modernize and automatize our processes and improve our methodology.

 

You have experience in the areas of Active Directory, Office 365 and Teams, Windows OS Client, Android and iOS as well as Windows print server. Also, you have very good English skills.
